TPU Production Turnkey Plant

TPU Production Turnkey Plant

Plan one-step or two-step TPU production around your reaction feeding, multi-component metering, mixing and casting requirements, with downstream equipment matched to the selected process.

Applications

Explore the production objectives and product requirements that guide the process and equipment configuration.

Reactive TPU Production

Choose one-step or two-step reaction feeding and extrusion around the selected chemistry and grade.

Film-Grade TPU

Coordinate reaction, melt handling and pelletizing for the specified aliphatic or film-grade material.

HFFR Compounding

Treat mineral-additive compounding as a distinct processing package; it is not automatically TPU polymer synthesis.

ETPU Precursor Pellets

Produce the specified precursor pellets for a separately defined downstream bead-expansion process.

Manufacturing Solutions

One-step and two-step TPU production use different reaction-stage layouts. Separate reactive extrusion from HFFR compounding and ETPU precursor pellet production; downstream expansion or film conversion is a separate scope.

One-Step TPU Production

Configure reaction feeding, multi-component metering and mixing for the selected one-step process, with casting or downstream systems matched to the actual material flow.

Two-Step TPU Production

Coordinate the two processing stages, material handling, metering and mixing around the specified TPU route and downstream requirements.

Reactive Extrusion and Underwater Pelletizing Package

The package covers liquid feed conditioning and multi-stream metering, twin-screw reactive extrusion, melt pumping, underwater pelletizing and the specified dewatering/drying stages. A prepolymer reactor for a two-step route and solid feeders are optional. Materials, utilities and nitrogen supply are agreed external interfaces. One-step and two-step process layouts are confirmed separately.
