Version 1.0 · Effective and last revised: 9 October 2026

1. Scope and contact details

This policy explains how Haifeng handles personal information through this website and related equipment inquiries, technical discussions and after-sales communications. It does not replace an equipment contract, confidentiality agreement or remote-access authorisation.

Our contact address is No. 1, Jucheng Road, Juguangyuan, Lucheng District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. For privacy questions or requests, email info@chinahaifeng.com with the subject “Privacy request”. You may also contact us at +86 13566296633.

Our Chinese website publishes a separate Chinese privacy policy. Information is not reused for a different purpose solely because both websites are operated by Haifeng.

2. Information and purposes

  • Website visits: technical request information, such as IP address, requested page, referring page, access time and browser information, may be processed to deliver pages, maintain security, troubleshoot faults and understand website use.
  • Inquiries: we use the contact details, company information, location, questions and supporting materials you provide to respond to and follow up your request. Providing necessary contact information helps us reply; it is not required to browse public pages.
  • Technical and after-sales support: we may use machine models, serial numbers, fault descriptions, alarm messages, photographs, drawings and communications to assess a request and arrange support. Please remove personal information that is not needed for the request.
  • Marketing: we do not automatically add inquiry contacts to recurring promotional campaigns. Business follow-up relates to your request. Any separate marketing subscription requires the authorisation applicable to that activity and a way to opt out.

Do not send identity documents, bank-card details, health information or other sensitive personal information through an ordinary inquiry. If such information is necessary, its purpose and appropriate safeguards must be addressed separately. Remote access, ongoing collection of equipment data and recording also require separate arrangements.

3. Processing grounds and choices

We process personal information for specified purposes and within the scope necessary for those purposes, under applicable data-protection law. Depending on the activity and applicable law, this may involve consent, steps for a contract with the individual, a legal obligation or another permitted ground. An employee contacting us for a company is not automatically a personal party to the equipment contract.

Simply visiting the website does not constitute consent to every processing activity. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant activity and can be withdrawn. A change of purpose, processing method or information category will be addressed with the notice and authorisation required by applicable law.

4. Cookies, analytics and external content

Cookies and similar browser storage can support site functions, security, preferences and analytics. The tools below are included in the current website configuration. Their inclusion does not mean that every function runs for every visitor. When an external resource loads, its provider can receive technical request information.

Tool or resourcePurpose and informationFurther information
Burst StatisticsWebsite statistics, such as visits, referring sources and page activity. Cookie use and visitor identification depend on the configured tracking mode.Tracking documentation
Google servicesThe site includes Google tag through Site Kit and a Google identity script. Enabled measurement or sign-in functions can involve usage information or information associated with the selected service.Google privacy policy
VisibilityKit — Complete Web Resources LLCAI-referral measurement using visit identifiers and referral information. Its provider describes US processing and 30-day retention of stored visitor records; browser-cookie lifetimes are separate.Privacy policy · Cookie notice
External resource providersResources from code.jquery.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net and cdnjs.cloudflare.com support scripts, page components and icons. Their delivery involves network requests to external services.Resource delivery is distinct from the content of your inquiry.

VisibilityKit describes a visitor cookie lasting up to 365 days, session and referral cookies lasting up to 180 days, and advertising-click identifier cookies lasting up to 90 days when the corresponding URL parameters are present. It also uses local browser storage. These are provider-described lifetimes, not a claim that all these cookies are present on every visit.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser and contact us about analytics preferences. Blocking resources may affect some functions. Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential storage or processing, a privacy notice is not a substitute for that consent. Removing browser data does not itself delete information already held by a provider.

Social links take you to external platforms. Embedded media, if used, can connect to another provider while you view a page. Those providers have their own privacy rules. Information we receive and use to handle your request remains subject to the relevant parts of this policy.

5. Service providers and other recipients

温州明章数字科技有限公司 (Mingzhang, Wenzhou, China) provides website development and maintenance, server services and backups for Haifeng. Its role concerns website infrastructure and does not include polyurethane product technical services. This does not designate Mingzhang as our email provider or establish the physical location of every server or backup. Other providers may support message delivery, security and analytics as described in this policy. Information handled for these tasks is limited to the relevant purpose and subject to the protections required by applicable law.

Haifeng normally coordinates communication with you. Our affiliated companies operate different business divisions. If a group company or service partner needs personal information for your project, access is limited to the relevant purpose and necessary information, with the notice and authorisation required by applicable law. Group affiliation does not provide unrestricted access to inquiry information. We may also disclose necessary information in response to a valid legal requirement or a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Processing locations and international transfers

Website hosting, email, backups, analytics and remote service access can involve different processing locations. The address of our Chinese headquarters does not mean that all website information stays in China. VisibilityKit describes processing in the United States; other locations depend on the provider and service configuration.

Where international access or transfer is involved, we address the applicable requirements for the recipient, purpose, information involved, safeguards and individual rights. These may include notice, consent, an impact assessment or a required transfer mechanism. You may contact us for information about processing relevant to your request.

7. Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the purpose and applicable legal requirements. We use the following criteria:

  • Ordinary inquiries that do not lead to a transaction: we retain the information for 12 months after the last substantive communication, then delete or anonymise it. If an inquiry leads to an order or another continuing service, the relevant recordkeeping rules below apply.
  • Orders and after-sales records: the service period, applicable recordkeeping duties and the need to address a specific claim or dispute. Continued operation of a machine does not by itself justify retaining all contact information indefinitely.
  • Marketing: the subscription or permission period, with only necessary suppression information retained to respect an opt-out.
  • Security logs, cookies, analytics and backups: the applicable legal requirement or configured service lifecycle. Browser-storage lifetimes and server-record retention are different.

Information that is no longer needed is to be deleted or anonymised. Where a legal retention requirement or technical limitation prevents immediate deletion, further processing is limited as required by law. Backup copies follow their applicable rotation and deletion arrangements. Contact us for the retention information relevant to a particular record.

8. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including access restrictions, account controls and protection of information in transit. No website or communication method is completely secure. If a personal-information incident occurs, we will take remedial action and make notifications required by applicable law. Report suspected problems to the contact email above.

9. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict relevant processing, and request portability where available. Other rights, including those concerning significant automated decisions, apply where their legal conditions are met.

Email your request and the contact details you previously used with Haifeng. We will use proportionate identity checks and respond within the applicable legal period. If we cannot fully meet a request, we will explain the reason and available next steps. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing; some services may depend on necessary information.

The service commitment to reply within 1 business day concerns ordinary business and support inquiries. It is separate from the time needed to investigate or complete a privacy-rights request.

10. Children and policy updates

This website is intended for industrial and business users. Please do not submit children’s personal information through an ordinary inquiry. If such information is received without the authorisation required by law, we will take appropriate steps to verify and remove it.

We will identify revisions on this page and provide additional notice and obtain authorisation where required for a material change. You may save a copy of this policy for reference.
