PU and Polyurea Protective Coating Turnkey Plant
Configure PU and polyurea protective-coating application around substrate preparation, the selected material and site conditions. A separate leading-edge card describes its specified polyaspartic coating route.
Applications
Explore the production objectives and product requirements that guide the process and equipment configuration.
Pipeline Protection
Plan coating equipment and on-site handling around pipe geometry, substrate condition and protection requirements.
Storage Tank Coatings
Match the coating system and site preparation to tank surfaces, access conditions and the specified service environment.
Steel Structure Protection
Configure spraying and material handling for steel structures, including surface preparation and coating inspection.
Tunnel Waterproofing
Coordinate primer and coating application with concrete preparation and site access.
Wind Blade Leading Edges
Evaluate the specified polyaspartic material and application configuration separately from polyurea spraying.
Manufacturing Solutions
The cards separate general coating applications from defined equipment packages. PU, polyurea and the specified polyaspartic leading-edge route require their own material and application configuration.
Pipeline Protective Coating
Coordinate substrate preparation, material conditioning, metering and spraying with the pipe handling and coating inspection process.
Process and Configuration
Storage Tank Coating
Plan material supply, spraying equipment and working interfaces around the tank surface, access conditions and project requirements.
Process and Configuration
Steel Structure Coating
Match coating equipment to the structure, material system and working conditions, with clear preparation and inspection requirements.
Process and Configuration
Hydraulic Polyurea Spray Package
Configure hydraulic proportioning, material conditioning, heated delivery and the selected spray gun for the specified polyurea or polyurethane coating formulation and application.
Process and Configuration
Pipeline External and Field-Joint Spray Package
The package covers hydraulic-driven proportioning, specified heated hoses, mechanical-cleanout guns, the agreed pipe rotation or orbital carriage and controls. Induction heating and mobile generation are optional. Coating and primer come from the selected material supplier; blasting and lifting are customer interfaces. This spray route does not constitute a complete three-layer polyethylene extrusion coating line.
Process and Configuration
Marine Steel Coating Spray Package
The package covers a diesel-powered hydraulic spray skid, heated hoses, the specified gun and pressure-relief interfaces, and controls. Enclosure and access-platform accessories are optional. Coating materials are supplied separately; blasting equipment and fuel are customer interfaces. Hazardous-area suitability, generator placement, load and delivery configuration require project-specific documentation.
Process and Configuration
Utility Tunnel Waterproofing Spray Package
The package covers the mobile spray chassis, infrared surface-conditioning module, separate primer and polyurea circuits, gun and controls. Generation and laser-guided scanning are optional. Coating and primer are supplied separately; lighting and drainage are customer interfaces. Site ventilation, exposure control and access arrangements are addressed separately from formulation solids content.
Process and Configuration
Wind Blade Leading-Edge Coating Package
The package covers servo metering, temperature-conditioned passages, the specified atomizing head and controls. Gantry tracking and non-contact film measurement are optional. Polyaspartic coating is supplied by the selected material supplier; clean surface-preparation facilities and conditioned compressed air are customer interfaces. Coating qualification and aerodynamic results require component-specific records.
