Project Background A Shandong new energy vehicle composite parts enterprise founded in 2017 supplies composite structural and interior parts to NEV makers, and planned a new composite molding workshop covering molding, autoclave forming, oven curing, trimming, cutting, machining, gluing, painting and assembly. Challenges No mature workshop layout plan, unplanned logistics aisles and storage, no cleanroom for cutting and lay-up, scattered equipment parameters and no cold storage. Haifeng Solution Haifeng undertook the turnkey workshop overall planning and engineering project, covering design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, training and trial production, with smooth one-way material flow and informatization boards. Results Logistics distance shortened about 30%, planned capacity rose about 40%, with annual savings of about RMB 3.00 million and a payback period of about 5 years.
