Recycled Rubber & PU Tire Filling Solution

Blend selected recycled rubber granules with a polyurethane filling system and pump the composite into an existing rubber tire casing. Coordinate liquid metering, independent granule feeding, blending and the discharge path as one filling process. Granule fraction, size distribution, cleanliness and moisture are specification inputs rather than fixed universal values.

Dedicated Cavity-Filling Route

Use the existing casing as the filling envelope. Do not apply high-pressure closed-mold tire-casting settings to this route.

Define the Assembly and Formulation

State tire and rim identity, load and speed conditions, formulation, ratio basis, material quantity and cure criteria in the technical specification.

Haifeng coordinates material delivery, the filling connection, controls and curing-workflow integration for the specified order. Delivery includes on-site commissioning, operator training, a 1-year machine warranty and long-term spare parts support.

Filling Workflow

From Material Preparation to the Cured Tire Assembly

Four coordinated stages for the selected tire, formulation and equipment configuration.

01

Material and Tire Preparation

Select a compatible granule grade and PU system, and assess the existing tire casing, rim and filling connection. Establish the recipe and the records needed for the order.

INPUTS: RUBBER GRANULES + TWO-COMPONENT PU; SELECTED TIRE/RIM ASSEMBLY
02

Coordinated Feeding

Meter the two liquid components to the formulation requirement and control the granule feed independently. Specify a mixer and discharge path suitable for the selected particle grade.

REFERENCE EQUIPMENT: HF-LPM-1A1B-OTR-K; 60–300 KG/H LISTED OUTPUT RANGE
03

Composite Tire Filling

Blend the liquid components and granules before introducing the mixture into the existing tire cavity. Manage filling and air release with tire-specific pressure control.

EQUIPMENT WORKING-PRESSURE RANGE: 0–15 BAR; TIRE PRESSURE IS A SEPARATE SETPOINT

Engineering Considerations

Configuration Priorities

Define each control function around the tire and formulation.

Metering and Recipe Control

Specify the liquid components and ratio basis independently of any granule feed.

Separate Pressure Settings

Define the tire-cavity setpoint and the equipment operating limits separately.

Coordinated Filling Integration

Match the mixing, material path and filling connection to the liquid or particulate mixture.

Batch and Release Records

Record material batches, filled quantity, pressure and cure-release checks for each order.

Production Planning Questions

Tire-Filling Questions

Key differences between tire filling and complete tire molding.

Is this the same process as molding a solid PU tire? +
No. This route fills an existing rubber tire casing. A molded PU tire is shaped in dedicated tooling as a new tire or wheel assembly.
Can the pump working-pressure range be used as the tire filling pressure? +
No. The equipment range and tire-cavity setpoint are separate. Select the tire pressure from the casing, rim and application requirements.
Is there one cure time for all PU filling formulations? +
No. Specify the selected material-system time, temperature and release criteria rather than a universal cycle.
Does the filling machine give the tire a 12-ton load rating? +
No. Specify load per wheel with tire, rim, speed and duty conditions. The filling-machine capacity is a material-delivery parameter.
