PU Insole Molding Solution
Plan PU insole production with low-pressure metering, mixing, vacuum degassing and mold handling. Configure the line around your insole design, material system and production goals.
Automated PU Insole Production
Traditional shoe insole manufacturing processes often suffer from inconsistent density, leading to rapid deterioration and potential collapse. Solvent-based systems can leave behind harmful VOCs. Manual pouring methods lack precision, making it difficult to achieve features like antimicrobial properties, breathability, and arch support. This solution utilizes an HF-LPM-2A1B-F low-pressure foaming machine, equipped with a high-precision metering module, vacuum degassing, and self-cleaning, anti-clogging mixing head. It allows for rapid color changes in 3-5 minutes and is compatible with small-batch resin prototyping and large-scale production using metal molds. It can be integrated into existing circular and banana-shaped production lines. It also offers customizable, solvent-free PU formulations, allowing for adjustments to density, rebound, antimicrobial, and breathability, suitable for casual shoes, athletic shoes, work safety shoes, and dress shoes. Different shoe insole functions and specifications require tailored formulations and molds. A single configuration cannot cover all products.
Stable, high-bounce, multi-functional molding
≤±0.3% precise measurement; Customizable formula for ≥99% antibacterial activity, high resilience, and breathable arch support; rebound performance is subject to material and manufacturing constraints.
Flexible production for multiple orders
Rapid color and formula changes, self-cleaning and clog-resistant mixing head; designed to accommodate both small-batch sampling and large-scale production, reducing costs associated with new product launches.
While the equipment and process provide stable molding conditions, the final product's properties such as rebound, antimicrobial properties, breathability, and resistance to aging cannot be guaranteed solely by the equipment. The final product's performance must be verified through reports from a recognized third-party testing organization. Project acceptance will be based on the signed technical agreement between the parties.
Complete project implementation steps
We offer a comprehensive, end-to-end service, covering everything from initial needs assessment and functional design development, to equipment upgrades, trial production optimization, and mass production delivery. This ensures a smooth and successful implementation of the PU shoe insole production line.
On-site condition assessment
The technical team conducted on-site assessments, taking into account the client's production capacity, factory layout, and specific requirements for customized shoe inserts, to develop tailored solutions.

Equipment for PU Insole Production
Review low-pressure metering and mixing equipment, vacuum degassing, molds and handling interfaces for PU insole production. Confirm the selected configuration against your materials and output requirements.
Key advantages of the plan
Addressing the challenges of traditional shoe insoles – poor bounce, VOC emissions, and limited functionality – while also accommodating large-scale production and flexible production of multiple varieties.
High-precision measurement + vacuum degassing process
≤±0.3% closed-loop measurement, with an integrated vacuum degassing unit in the raw material tank; foam pores in the insole are dense and uniform. Accuracy is subject to the constraints of the raw material conditions, and is determined by the technical agreement.
Flexible production for handling a variety of orders
Quickly switch between recipes and colors; self-cleaning, clog-resistant mixing head; rapid prototype casting for resin molds, suitable for both small-batch customization and large-scale production.
Versatile PU formulation customization capabilities
Customizable, solvent-free formula for high resilience, antibacterial properties, breathability, and arch support; compression deformation ≤ 8%, delaying insole degradation.
Expansion of production lines and compliance support for export
Expandable, fully automated circular/banana production line; assists with compliance testing for GB18401 and REACH regulations, facilitating export to international markets.
