The 1A1B independent temperature control system supports one-key switching between MOCA high-strength and BDO hydrolysis-resistant dual formulas, enabling a single machine to cover the production process of various seals. Dynamic full-range ultra-high precision metering ensures products without bubbles and burrs, delivering stable sealing performance without leakage. Operation Workflow

Raw Material Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) at the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:8-13; BDO: 100:3-6), selecting the formula for seal application needs (static/dynamic, oil resistance).

Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B; the 1A1B independent temperature control sets Tank A at 30-80°C and Tank B per formula (MOCA: 90-115°C; BDO: 25-50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to reach ≤-0.095MPa, thoroughly removing bubbles to ensure bubble-free seals with stable sealing performance.

Precision Metering, Mixing & Small-Flow Casting

The PLC dynamic metering system (≤±0.3% full range) dispenses precisely; the mixing head runs at 8000-12000 r/min, with pouring rate 20-500 g/s for small sealing molds to cut material loss.
