Specially designed for the production of precision seals for hydraulic systems, widely suitable for the casting of high-precision seals such as construction machinery, hydraulic equipment and oil seals.
This PU casting machine is purpose-built for the precision production of hydraulic system seals, including seals for construction machinery, hydraulic equipment, and oil seals. The 1A1B independent temperature control two-component system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO dual chain extenders, balancing sealing accuracy with oil and hydrolysis resistance. The BDO hydrolysis-resistant formula is compatible with various water-based and oil-based hydraulic media. Dynamic full-range ultra-high precision metering ensures uniform seal size and effectively improves sealing reliability. The small-flow capability (20–500 g/s) is precisely tailored for small sealing molds, with high raw material utilization and reduced production loss. Vacuum defoaming (≤-0.095MPa) ensures dense, pore-free products with consistent mechanical properties, meeting the core requirements of high precision, high wear resistance, and anti-leakage.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) at the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:8-13; BDO: 100:3-5), selecting the formula for oil-based or water-based media compatibility.
Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B; the 1A1B temperature control sets Tank A at 30-80°C and Tank B per formula (MOCA: 90-115°C; BDO: 25-50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to reach a vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles for dense, pore-free seals with consistent sealing performance.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Small-Flow Casting
The PLC metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses precisely; the mixing head runs at 8000-12000 r/min, with small-flow casting tailored for small sealing molds and high utilization.
