Continuous Phenolic Sandwich Panel Line | Insulation Panels
Continuous phenolic-resin panel processing with compatible wetted materials, configured mixing and controlled curing. Smoke, toxicity and fire performance require testing of the selected formulation and panel. Concept illustration — not a photograph of delivered equipment or a customer installation.
Fire and Smoke Tests
Selected panel and formulation; no zero-smoke guarantee
Thermal Conductivity
≤0.023 W/(m·K) — High HVAC efficiency
Facing Options
Aluminum / Steel — Embossed duct & wall
Double Belt Length
24 m — Continuous heated bed
Product Overview
The HF-PF-24M reference coordinates phenolic resin, hardener and blowing-agent handling with a 24 m curing section and the selected facing-feed system. Wetted materials and cleaning procedures are chosen for chemical compatibility. Smoke generation, toxicity, thermal conductivity and fire classification belong to the tested material and finished-panel construction.

Metal-facing feed differs from foil or non-woven web handling. The ordered configuration identifies the actual facing, preparation and curing route.

Technical Specifications
Supplied phenolic configuration references. The 100:10:10 recipe must identify component order and mass/volume basis before use; equipment settings do not establish finished-panel performance.
