The 29th China (Wenzhou) International Leather, Shoe Materials and Shoemaking Machinery Exhibition will take place at the Wenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from August 20 to 22, 2026.
The exhibition is expected to cover more than 50,000 m² across seven halls and bring together more than 700 companies from China and abroad. Exhibits span leather, shoe materials and chemicals, footwear accessories and hardware, shoemaking machinery, sewing, laser and cutting equipment, 3D technologies and CAD/CAM systems. This year, the show adds dedicated zones for digital printing and intelligent equipment. A synthetic-leather supply-chain exhibition and a sewing-equipment exhibition will run concurrently to connect related industries.

Zhejiang Haifeng Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, and has nearly 40 years of experience in intelligent industrial automation equipment. The company’s predecessor was founded in 1986. It has more than 50 professional employees and one subsidiary.

Polyurethane (PU) sole-forming equipment
▸ Main products include polyurethane direct-injection lasting machines and polyurethane injection molding machines. The equipment is widely used to manufacture leather, casual, sports and travel shoes, and supports one-step direct-injection molding of single- and dual-color soles.
Polyurethane casting and foaming equipment
▸ The range includes low-, medium- and high-speed polyurethane foaming and casting machines, transparent-material casting machines, and dual-purpose machines for foaming and transparent materials. The equipment uses Haifeng-developed HMI software and industrial control-bus communications, with support for remote management and monitoring. The high-speed foaming machine was included in a national Torch Program project, while the casting and foaming machine filled a gap in China’s shoemaking machinery industry at the time.
Digital complete-line solutions
▸ Haifeng provides automated polyurethane equipment and complete-line solutions with five digital capabilities: predictive maintenance, quality traceability, process data analysis, access management and remote collaboration. These capabilities help manufacturers improve productivity and manage quality with greater precision. Haifeng also provides turnkey lifecycle services from engineering design and equipment procurement through installation, commissioning and project operations.

For sole spraying, Haifeng equipment uses microcomputer-based automatic control and an HMI for end-to-end automation and precision control:
✅ Precision alignment and spraying: A photoelectric detection system identifies sole position automatically so the spray gun is accurately aligned, preventing missed or misdirected spraying.
✅ Intelligent spray management: Automatically stops spraying at empty stations, counts production and stops at the target output to save material.
✅ Fault self-diagnosis: Automatically monitors operating data and stops with an alarm when a fault occurs, supporting safe, stable production.
✅ Bubble-free spraying: Core patented technologies help produce PU soles with clearly defined edges and bubble-free surfaces.
✅ Digital system: Predictive maintenance, quality traceability, process analysis and remote collaboration help footwear manufacturers monitor operations in real time and keep improving.
