Rotary-Table Car Seat Cushion Foaming Line Upgrade Case | Jiangxi

Project Background Located in an auto parts industrial park in Jiangxi Province, the customer is a manufacturer specializing in automobile seat cushions, producing about 750,000 cushion and backrest foamed parts per year with revenue of about RMB 210 million in 2025. Challenges The old lines ran a slow 60 s cycle in a single fixed mode, with density fluctuation of ±10%, a defect rate of 8%–12% and changeover time over 1 hour. Haifeng Solution The customer adopted the Haifeng turnkey rotary-table car seat cushion PU foaming line, integrating an HF-HPM high-pressure foaming machine, a rotary table line with mold temperature control and a pouring robot.
