This polyurethane raw material preheating oven is a professional temperature-controlled preheating equipment by Haifeng Automation, designed for the pre-process raw material preheating in polyurethane production and adapted to 200kg standard PU raw material containers. It stably heats raw materials to the process-required temperature, optimizing fluidity, adhesion, and reaction stability for subsequent casting, foaming, and molding, ensuring structural uniformity and batch consistency of finished products. High-precision temperature control maintains ±1℃ accuracy across room temperature to 90℃, with an advanced air circulation system providing dead-angle-free, uniformly distributed heat with no local overheating. The built-in intelligent PID system enables full-process automatic constant temperature operation without manual attendance. Available in 2.5m³ and 5m³ models, it flexibly matches production lines of various capacities and is indispensable core pre-processing equipment in polyurethane manufacturing.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Barrel Loading
Load the 200kg standard PU raw material barrels into the oven cavity, designed for industry-general containers for quick loading and unloading of barrels.
Temperature Parameter Setting
Set the target preheating temperature via the intelligent PID control system, covering room temperature to 90℃ to match different PU raw material process standards.
Automatic Preheating & Constant Temperature Maintenance
The intelligent control system detects and adjusts the oven temperature in real time; the air circulation system ensures uniform distribution and stable temperature.
Preheating Completion & Quality Verification
After preheating completes, verify the raw materials reach the process-required temperature; ±1℃ accuracy ensures optimal fluidity and chemistry for casting, foaming, or molding.
