Product Overview
Haifeng supplies PU foam cutting equipment for slabstock blocks, with synchronized cut-off and configurable slicing or CNC contour modules for furniture padding.
Haifeng foam cutting auxiliary equipment connects flexible slabstock production to furniture foam finishing. The reference HF-CUT-AUTO unit is a synchronous traveling bandknife cutter deployed with the continuous flat-top sofa-cushion line in Brazil. It tracks the moving block and makes transverse cuts without stopping the foaming conveyor.
The supplied configuration specifies 1.0–30.0 m cut lengths and ±2.0 mm cutting tolerance. The Brazil project used 2.4 m and 3.0 m block lengths. These data describe the synchronous cut-off configuration; they are not the accuracy or working envelope of every optional cutting module.
For downstream production, Haifeng can integrate horizontal circular slicing and CNC contour cutting. Select those modules from the required block dimensions, sheet thickness, finished shape, order mix and curing schedule. Model, working envelope and contour/slicing accuracy are established for the selected module.
The equipment is supplied with on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, a 1-year comprehensive machine warranty, long-term spare parts and remote control-system support.
Production Workflow
Define Block and Finished-Part Geometry
Specify block dimensions, target cut lengths and any downstream sheet or contour requirements.
Track and Cut the Moving Foam Block
Synchronize the traveling cut-off unit with the continuous conveyor and execute square transverse cuts.
Transfer and Cure
Coordinate block transfer and the curing schedule before downstream cutting.
Configure Slicing or Contour Finishing
Integrate optional horizontal slicing or CNC contour modules for the selected product geometry.
