The internal hot air circulation design, with axial fan convection heating, lifts thermal efficiency from 3%–8% of traditional drying rooms to 35%–50%, significantly cutting long-term energy costs. Operation Workflow
Material Loading & Parameter Setting
Load materials onto trays or trolleys in the oven; adjust the air distribution device to optimize flow and reduce vertical temperature difference, then set the target temperature via the digital controller.
Heat Source Activation & Temperature Rise
Select the heat source (steam, electric, far-infrared, or dual-purpose) based on energy conditions; the axial fan heats the exchanger by convection for efficient heat transfer.
Forced Hot Air Circulation & Uniform Drying
The forced ventilation circulates hot air; fresh air is supplied through the inlet while humid air is discharged from the dehumidification outlet to maintain proper relative humidity.
Intelligent Temperature & Humidity Control
The intelligent digital controller with high-precision sensors maintains fluctuation within ±1℃; multi-protection mechanisms cover short circuit, over-temperature, over-pressure, and timing functions.
