Product Overview
Haifeng integrates continuous flat-top PU slabstock lines for sofa and mattress foam, with multi-stream dosing, dynamic mixing, controlled forming and cutting.
The Haifeng continuous flat-top line manufactures flexible polyurethane blocks for sofa seating, mattresses and upholstery padding. It combines multi-stream raw-material metering, low-pressure dynamic mixing, adjustable foam forming, a conveyor tunnel, synchronous cut-off and centralized PLC control.
The customer application uses 300 kg/min. The equipment configuration described in this proposal covers 300–450 kg/min; this configuration range does not change the stated customer operating value. Foam recipe, block cross-section and conveyor settings determine the practical operating point.
The HF-SLAB-8S designation is the 8-stream model supplied in the Brazil project. The system family can be configured for 6–12 streams. The Argentina padding project used HF-SLAB-6S. Standard, high-resilience and viscoelastic formulations are selected around the required density, firmness, rebound and airflow.
Haifeng can provide the complete integrated line, including curing and ventilation coordination, horizontal foam slicing and optional CNC contour cutting. Installation, commissioning and operator training are included in the delivery scope, with a 1-year comprehensive machine warranty, long-term spare parts and remote PLC diagnostics.

Production Workflow
Metering and Material Conditioning
Coordinate temperature-controlled material streams and closed-loop metering for the selected foam recipe.
Low-Pressure Dynamic Mixing
Mix the metered streams in the variable-speed dynamic chamber; do not substitute high-pressure impingement terminology for this route.
Flat-Top Forming and Conveying
Coordinate adjustable side walls, falling-plate settings and conveyor movement to form rectangular foam blocks.
Synchronous Cut-Off and Curing
Cut to the specified block length, then transfer blocks to the configured curing and ventilation area.
Optional Slicing and Contour Cutting
Select horizontal slicing and CNC contour modules for the finished cushion or mattress geometry.
Technical Specifications
Reference configuration based on the supplied furniture production brief. Optional modules are selected for the required block dimensions, cutting geometry and production schedule.
