Specially designed for the production of sealing strips for industrial equipment such as machine tools, cabinets and valves.
This PU casting machine is purpose-built for casting precision sealing accessories used in various industrial equipment. The 2A2B two-component system with an integrated color paste tank supports both MOCA and BDO chain extender processes, enabling flexible multi-color matching to meet the appearance standards of sealing strips for different applications. A BDO-based process requires formulation-specific temperature, handling and cleanliness controls, perfectly suited for precision equipment workshops. Continuous stable pouring without breakpoints delivers uniform, defect-free long sealing strips, ensuring tighter sealing fit. Vacuum defoaming guarantees dense products without pores, while high-precision metering ensures uniform size and improved sealing reliability. The machine is adaptable to standardized production in high-demand environments.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Color Paste Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) at the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:8-13; BDO: 100:3-6), with color paste for flexible multi-color matching.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B; the 2A2B temperature control sets Tank A at 30-80°C and Tank B per formula (MOCA: 90-115°C; BDO: 25-50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to remove bubbles, ensuring dense, pore-free products and uniform size for tighter sealing fit and reliable sealing performance.
Metering, Mixing & Continuous Casting
