Rebond Foam Recycling Solution
Plan scrap preparation, binder mixing, molding and block finishing for recycled foam blocks. Final equipment selection depends on the scrap and binder system.
Rebond Foam Recycling Solution

Application-led selection
Equipment listed below represents available process options. Confirm the selected route and equipment scope for each project.
Connection to foam production
Coordinate downstream processing with the selected Box Foaming or Continuous Slabstock Foaming process and the required conditioning space.
Haifeng coordinates equipment selection and process interfaces. Configuration, installation and service scope follow the agreed quotation.
From Input Material to Finished Product
Select and validate the process sequence for the actual material and finished product.
Qualify the scrap
Identify foam type, contamination, particle size and separation requirements. Material compatibility must be assessed before reuse.
Shred and prepare
Select a shredder and confirm particle size, feeding method and dust collection interfaces. Incomplete particle-size ranges require confirmation.
Mix and form
Confirm binder dosing, mixing and mold dimensions. Steam-assisted processing applies only to a selected and verified configuration; steam utility data are not established here.
Selection and Acceptance Requirements
Use these inputs to define the configuration. Equipment-specific reference parameters appear on the corresponding product pages.
| Planning input | Engineering confirmation |
|---|---|
| Material and input geometry | Foam type, density, condition and maximum dimensions. |
| Finished product | Drawings, dimensions, tolerance and inspection method. |
| Production requirement | Batch mix, working hours, feeding and discharge arrangement; throughput to be confirmed. |
| Factory interfaces | Layout, electrical supply, guarding and process-specific utilities. |
| Acceptance | Representative material trials and agreed measurable criteria. |
Equipment Options for This Process
Select a compatible combination; not every listed machine is required for every project.
Foam Scrap Shredder | Foam Recycling
Shreds foam offcuts and waste foam into granules. Interchangeable screens adjust granule size for filling materials or rebonded foam preparation.
Heavy Duty Foam Scrap Shredder | Rebond Foam Preparation
Shreds foam offcuts and suitable textile scraps for rebond foam preparation. The described cutting assembly uses three rotary cutter rows and four stationary cutter rows with a cooling-water circulation arrangement.
Rebond Foam Production Machine | Recycled Foam Blocks
Mixes shredded foam with binder, charges molds and compresses the mixture hydraulically to form rebonded foam blocks. Manual-mold and steam-assisted automatic-mold configurations are described.
Rebond Foam Edge Trimming Machine | Foam Block Finishing
Trims outer skins and edges of foam and rebonded foam blocks. The worktable rotates through 360 degrees and has powered lateral travel for positioning.
Define the Configuration Before Procurement
Use the actual material and production plan to establish scope.
Process selection
Choose the equipment route according to the required geometry and material behavior.
Interface planning
Coordinate access, utilities and handling with the factory layout.
Measured acceptance
Agree trials, inspection methods and acceptance criteria before ordering.
