PU Steering Wheel Foaming Line Solution
With more than two decades in polyurethane complete equipment, Haifeng Polyurethane Machinery delivers a turnkey PU foaming line for steering wheels, built around delicate surface, precise multi-color, safe efficiency and flexible batch production. The line integrates an HF-HPM series high-pressure foaming machine for steering wheels, a six-station hydraulic mold frame line, a two-pigment six-mixing-head system and an electrical safety control system, covering the full process from raw material metering and mixing, multi-station metered pouring, integral-skin foaming and curing, to mold opening and part removal. Dosing accuracy reaches ≤±0.3% with injection accurate to 0.01 s, and the line suits integral-skin foaming of steering wheels, armrests and other interior parts.

Closed-loop two-pigment metering with pigment mixed inside the mixing head; injection time accurate to 0.01 s for small-shot steering wheels.
