Project brief for review. The supplied document describes this configuration and reports the outcomes below. Original acceptance records, test reports and media are not attached to this import; attribution and outcomes require verification before publication.

The supplied brief describes the following project context.

A pioneering optics valley commercial sky-rail transit operator in Central China deployed Haifeng’s road-rail mobile continuous polyurethane grouting vehicle to construct elastomeric damping troughs along a 21-kilometer suspended monorail tourist corridor. The project required filling the narrow continuous clearance between the steel running rail and the interior box girder support flange.

During initial testing, dynamic interactions between bogie wheels and rigid steel rails resonated within the enclosed steel box girder, projecting loud acoustic hums and roadside ground vibrations reaching 78 dB into adjacent commercial zones. Manual bucket pouring previously trialed managed less than 80 meters per shift and resulted in uneven resin heights and poor adhesion (dropping below 1.5 MPa), allowing rainwater to seep into interfacial gaps.

Haifeng deployed the HF-RRV300-LP road-rail continuous dispensing vehicle. Operating inside the elevated girder, the vehicle deployed articulating dual booms to flood four trough channels simultaneously at crawling speeds. Slaving resin discharge to travel velocity via optical encoders, the installation eliminated height variances and lowered roadside vibration levels by a reported 12 dB.

Review point: The solution describes embedded channels; the case describes a suspended monorail steel girder. Confirm access and carrier architecture separately. Vibration-level dB and sound-pressure dB are not interchangeable; the reference quantity and method must be supplied.

Solutions Delivery

Reported equipment configuration from the supplied brief:

Haifeng engineered an autonomous, elevated-track application package utilizing a road-rail dual-drive vehicle. The vehicle moves slowly along the suspended steel track beam on flanged railway steel wheels, powered by an onboard 35 kW soundproof diesel generator.

Front-mounted air nozzles clear loose grit from the steel channel, after which automated spray heads apply a polyurethane bonding primer. Twin 600 L jacketed chemical tanks feed low-viscosity polyol and modified MDI through four independent servo gear pump circuits maintained at 30°C.

Dual articulating booms suspend four low-pressure dynamic mixing heads over the inner and outer troughs of both rails. As the vehicle crawls at 2.8 m/min, optical ground encoders dynamically match the total chemical output (32 kg/min) to forward velocity, holding liquid level heights strictly within ±1.0 mm. The self-leveling polyurethane cures in 4 hours, providing durable adhesion to both rail and steel girder (> 3.0 MPa) and eliminating corrugation vibrations.

The solution describes embedded channels; the case describes a suspended monorail steel girder. Confirm access and carrier architecture separately. Vibration-level dB and sound-pressure dB are not interchangeable; the reference quantity and method must be supplied.

Reported Results — Records Pending Verification

12 dB
Roadside Ground Vibration Drop
The brief reports a 12.3 dB vibration-level reduction at a 15 m monitoring location with loaded trains at 60 km/h. The reference quantity, weighting and original GB 10071 report require verification; this is not automatically an airborne-noise result.
> 3.0 MPa
Steel-to-Elastomer Adhesion
Reported pull-off result: 3.25 MPa on 20 primed steel locations versus 1.45 MPa baseline. Substrate preparation and original ASTM D4541 procedure require review.
1.8 km/day
Dual-Track Continuous Output
The brief reports 1.85 km/day over two 8-hour shifts for ten days. Travel speed 2.8 m/min gives a 2.688 km/day continuous-travel upper bound before stoppages; count track length versus summed channel length explicitly.
