PU Grouting Machine | Railway Track Slabs
Designed for high-speed rail and metro track construction, the HF-RT600-LP delivers high-volume dispensing up to 60 kg/min with dynamic shear mixing for void-free ballastless track slab damping layers.
High-Capacity Void-Free Track Cushion Polyurethane Grouting
The HF-RT600-LP is a specialized high-output low-pressure polyurethane grouting machine engineered for precision dynamic mixing and rapid void-free filling of ballastless track slab cushion layers and rail damping grooves.
The HF-RT600-LP is a heavy-duty low-pressure polyurethane grouting machine engineered specifically for railway track bed damping and track slab void filling. Addressing the critical requirements of high-speed railway CRTS III slab cushions and metro floating slabs, this equipment integrates high-displacement metering pumps, dynamic high-shear homogenization, and rapid-response pneumatic anti-drip valving to fill long, narrow cavities without cold joins or trapped air.
Unlike conventional low-output dispensing units, the HF-RT600-LP delivers continuous outputs up to 60 kg/min. Its multi-zone heating and insulated recirculation circuits ensure optimal fluid viscosity even during extreme outdoor ambient conditions. With automated flow matching and closed-loop stoichiometric control, the machine supports uniform cell structure and exceptional vibration attenuation across thousands of track kilometers.

Material Flow and Working Principle
Thermal Conditioning & Recirculation
Polyol and isocyanate components are conditioned in heated stainless steel day tanks with continuous mechanical agitation and circulated through temperature-regulated hoses to maintain balanced processing viscosities.
Synchronized Closed-Loop Metering
High-torque servo motors drive rotary gear metering pumps, while dual Coriolis mass flow meters measure real-time mass flows, automatically compensating pump speeds to keep the mixing ratio within ±0.5%.
High-Flow Dynamic Shear Mixing
The two component streams enter a high-volume dynamic mixing chamber equipped with a multi-stage helical rotor, thoroughly blending the high-viscosity reactive resin without introducing air pockets.
Direct Track Slab Grouting & Anti-Drip Cutoff
The grouting slurry is injected directly into track slab grout holes via quick-connect sealed nozzles; upon reaching target volume, an automated snuffer piston seals the tip and executes an instant air-blast clearing cycle.
