Automobile Acoustic Pad Foaming Line Upgrade Case | Jiangsu

Project Background Located in an auto parts industrial park in Jiangsu Province, the customer is a manufacturer specializing in automotive acoustic interiors, producing about 120,000 acoustic pads per year with revenue of about RMB 28 million in 2025. Challenges Manual pouring and manual trimming caused density fluctuation of ±15% and a defect rate of 8%–12%, blocking OEM NVH audits. Haifeng Solution The customer adopted the Haifeng turnkey automobile acoustic pad PU foaming line, integrating an HF-HPM high-pressure foaming machine and four hydraulic mold carriers with automatic edge trimming. Results Per-line capacity rose about 67%, density fluctuation fell to ≤±3%, defect rate to ≤2%, manpower dropped from 12 to 5, with annual savings of about RMB 1.02 million and a payback period of about 3.3 years.
