PU Acoustic Pad Foaming Line Solution
With more than two decades in polyurethane complete equipment, Haifeng Polyurethane Machinery delivers a turnkey PU foaming line for automobile acoustic pads, built around uniform large-area pouring, stable density, automatic trimming and safe efficiency. The line integrates an HF-HPM series high-pressure foaming machine and one or more sets of hydraulic mold carriers, covering the full process from raw material metering and mixing, metered pouring, foaming and curing, mold opening and part removal, to automatic edge trimming. Dosing accuracy reaches ≤±0.3% with foam density fluctuation of ≤±3%, and the line suits foaming of engine-compartment acoustic pads, under-carpet acoustic pads, wheel-arch liners and other PU acoustic products.
