Three-Component PU Casting Machine | Industrial Elastomers
Engineered for MDI, TDI, and NDI prepolymer formulations, the HF-CPU300-3K delivers accurate continuous metering and high-shear dynamic mixing at temperatures up to 140°C for rollers, screens, and wear parts.
Precision Metering and Thermal Homogeneity for Polyurethane Elastomers
The HF-CPU300-3K is a high-temperature three-component CPU casting machine designed for precision metering, dynamic mixing, and bubble-free dispensing of prepolymers and chain extenders in heavy-duty industrial elastomer manufacturing.
The HF-CPU300-3K is an industrial-grade three-component casting system engineered specifically for high-performance cast polyurethane elastomer (CPU) production. It integrates dedicated vacuum thin-film degassing, thermal oil jacketed temperature regulation, and high-precision dosing pumps to handle demanding prepolymer formulations such as TDI/MOCA and MDI/BDO systems.
Equipped with an advanced high-shear dynamic mixing head, the unit prevents thermal degradation and air entrapment during injection. Independent closed-loop flow control ensures dynamic stoichiometry tracking across varying discharge rates, supporting both open mold gravity casting and low-pressure closed mold filling without mechanical surging or shot weight variations.

Material Flow and Working Principle
Thermal Preparation & Thin-Film Degassing
Prepolymer and polyol components are heated via independent thermal oil jackets to operating temperatures between 80°C and 130°C, while multi-stage vacuum thin-film degassing extracts micro-void moisture and residual gases under pressures below 0.08 kPa.
Synchronized Closed-Loop Metering
Servo-driven high-precision rotary gear pumps meter components into heated delivery lines, with Coriolis mass flow meters providing continuous feedback to maintain ratio tolerances within ±0.3%.
High-Shear Dynamic Homogenization
The component streams enter the high-speed dynamic mixing chamber, where a variable-speed rotor operating between 2,000 and 6,000 RPM shears the formulation into a homogeneous mixture without introducing frictional overheating.
Controlled Dispensing & Self-Cleaning
The mixture is dispensed directly into preheated molds through a non-drip anti-splash nozzle; upon sequence completion, an automated pneumatic snuffer valve seals the outlet and executes programmed solvent/air purge cycles.
