Product Overview
Specially designed for RRIM (Reinforced Reaction Injection Moulding) process, widely used in automotive structural parts, agricultural machinery heavy-duty parts, large engineering structural parts, high-end marine accessories and other fields.
This RRIM PU molding machine is purpose-built for the reinforced reaction injection molding process, delivering superior strength and toughness for demanding applications. The system supports carbon fiber, glass fiber, and various high-strength fiber reinforced polyurethane materials, meeting the core requirements of high strength, high toughness, impact resistance, and wear resistance. The professional RRIM process features high-pressure homogeneous mixing with uniform fiber dispersion, producing products with strength and toughness far exceeding ordinary RIM products. Accurate two-component metering with error ≤±0.3% ensures no delamination or defects, with strong molding stability that greatly improves yield rate. The adjustable large-flow output (100–2000 g/s) supports both integral molding of large structural parts and pouring of small precision reinforced parts. The intelligent multi-formula storage and switching system adapts to different fiber ratios with simple operation, meeting multi-category flexible production needs.

Operation Workflow
Fiber-Reinforced Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate at the target mix ratio (100:90-110); select reinforcing fibers (carbon or fiberglass) and ensure proper pre-conditioning for optimal dispersion.
Tank Loading & Temperature/Pressure Setting
Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B; the 1A1B temperature control maintains 25-45°C with circulation stirring, setting mixing pressure to 150-200 bar.
High-Pressure Homogeneous Mixing & Fiber Dispersion
The PLC dosing system (≤±0.3%) dispenses precisely; high-pressure mixing ensures uniform fiber dispersion, delivering strength and toughness far exceeding ordinary RIM products.
Mold Filling & Negative Pressure Venting
Inject the reinforced composite into the mold; negative pressure venting removes trapped air, while enhanced homogenization ensures complete fiber wet-out and void-free molding.
