Solvent-Free Material Batching Solution
Plan liquid and powder material preparation, dispersion, temperature-control options and transfer interfaces for a solvent-free batching process. Define the configuration with Haifeng.
Solvent-Free Material Batching Solution
Coordinate liquid receipt, powder addition, dispersion and transfer for a selected solvent-free formulation. Contained addition, conveying and temperature control are configured for the materials; solvent-free formulation alone does not define every cleaning or site-protection requirement.
Material supply
Liquid and powder handling conditions and compatibility
Powder addition
Contained addition and conveying duties for the powder properties
Equipment scope, material conditions, commissioning milestones and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project.
Material Preparation and Production Interfaces
The stages below describe the functional route. The supplied equipment, operating sequence and control states are defined for the selected formulation and receiving process.
Prepare liquid and powder supplies
Confirm material identity, compatibility, powder behavior and addition sequence.
Introduce the powder
Select contained addition and, where included, negative-pressure conveying interfaces for the powder and site requirements.
Disperse and condition the batch
Coordinate dispersion with the selected vessel and temperature-control duty. Agree the material evaluation endpoint.
Selection Conditions and Delivery Boundaries
Use these conditions to define the configuration and acceptance method. Capacity, dosing tolerance and product acceptance are specified for the selected application.
| Selection area | Required conditions | Scope distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Solvent-free formulation | Confirm the actual liquid and powder identities and handling instructions. | The term does not establish a universal maintenance or cleaning method. |
| Powder introduction | Review flowability, loading, containment and conveying suitability. | Negative-pressure conveying is a selected configuration, not a claim of zero dust. |
| Dispersion and temperature | Agree batch duty, material evaluation and any heating/cooling interface. | The dispersion endpoint and thermal range are agreed for the application. |
| Receiving and changeover | State transfer conditions, connection details and cleanout requirements. | Protection and conformity requirements follow the material and site. |
