PU Foaming Line for Automobile Carpets
With over two decades in polyurethane complete equipment, Haifeng Polyurethane Machinery delivers a turnkey PU foaming line for automobile carpets, built around stable acoustic performance, green manufacturing, intelligent efficiency and flexible batch production. The line integrates an HF-HPM series high-pressure foaming machine, customized carpet molding machines, a pouring robot system, a hydraulic unit, a vacuum pump unit and an electrical control system, covering the full process from raw material metering and mixing, robotic metered pouring, mold foaming and curing, to mold opening and part removal. Dosing accuracy reaches ≤±0.3%, and the line suits PU foaming on synthetic fiber and similar substrates for automobile carpets.
High-Pressure Impingement Mixing
The configured head uses high-pressure impingement mixing. Metering accuracy and shot repeatability are accepted under the agreed material and operating conditions; foam quality is assessed on the selected carpet construction.
Solvent-Free Head Cleaning and Emissions Review
The configured mixing head uses solvent-free cleaning. Workplace emissions and vehicle interior-air requirements are assessed separately for the selected formulation and complete carpet assembly.
