The patent discusses reinforced polyurethane PV frames, including preplaced reinforcement and RTM concepts. Its experimental section describes closing a tool and injecting reactive PU with a high-pressure piston filling machine. Experimental molded plates are described separately from full-frame commercial production.

Planning implications for a new line

The source supports a technical discussion of reinforcement and injection; it does not validate the requested high-glass-fiber frame recipe, impregnation mechanism, fiber fraction or cycle.
