¶þ¡¢ Conditions and terms of the quality responsibility
1 ¡¢ Before product quality standard hasn't stipulated by country or line industry, We produce according to our company standard Q/WHF 4-2004
2 ¡¢ The machine guarantee one year, except damages are caused by un-dispute elements, serious wrong operation.
Èý¡¢ Acceptance check, service before production
1 ¡¢ Before the machine loading, buyer can arrange people to check and accept machine quality and accessories, we are loading after check out
2 ¡¢ After the machine arrives at buyer ' s factory, we can arrange technician to install and debug the machine. Furthermore we can practice the operators of buyer for producing the eligible sole(shoe), limited time is a week.
3 ¡¢ We will arrange the technician to install, debug the machine and practice the workers of foreign buyer, the overseas expenses should be responsible by buyer (including returning flight tickets ,room and board, town's traffic cost)
4 ¡¢ .If the buyers purchase the machine in order to produce the upper-link shoes, we can arrange shoe technician to their factory for discussing and solving the problems.
ËÄ¡¢ Practice
1 ¡¢ After the machine arrived at buyer ' s factory, we can arrange technician to install and debug the machine, furthermore we can give short period technical training to buyer ' s operators
2 ¡¢ Buyer who has paid for machine and don ' t know machine or the high technical product very well, we accept arranging your technicians to study for two weeks in our factory, the living can be provided by free and other costs should be responsible by buyer
3 ¡¢ Provide product's instruction manual in Chinese(English)
Îå¡¢ Spare part & Accessory
1 ¡¢ The proportional spare parts will be loaded along with machine
2 ¡¢ During the guarantee period, we are responsible for the machine or spare parts & accessories if problem is caused by machine quality, we are taking repairing costs when problems caused by buyer ' s wrong operation. Easy broken parts are responsible by buyer
3 ¡¢ The buyer can fax to our export department £¨ 0577-89615589 £© to purchase spare parts & accessories, please order the accessories ' name, specification, quantity and buyer ' s company name, address, contactor clearly. We will check and quote, after receive the payment we will delivery immediately .
